As a Buyer of a prospective Buyer, we will collect personal information indirectly, including through automated means from your device when you use our Platform.

Platform Activity Information - Such as details on the types and specifications of the goods sold and purchased, pricing and delivery information, any dispute records, communications between Buyers and Sellers, and any information disclosed in any discussion forum.

Platform Usage Information - Such as information relating to how you use and engage with the Platform including IP addresses, date and time of access to the Platform, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser type, broad geographic location (e.g., country or city-level location), browsing patterns and details of how you have interacted with our Platform and the goods and services available on it. In addition, we gather information about the Platform and visitors to the Platform, including browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions, and unique visitors.

Derived Information/ Profile Information - We may derive or infer some general personal data that cannot identify you, drawn from and related to your shopping patterns and behaviours we have collected about you, such as individual preferences and characteristics, including your style preference, category preference, and colour preference, if you voluntarily choose to provide it for personalization purposes.

As a Buyer, we may receive personal information about you from third-party sources, such as verification service providers and social media platforms where you choose to register for a Platform account via a social media account.
We will only collect personal information from third parties where we have checked that these third parties either have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your personal information to us.

Verifying your identity and purchases in connection with product warranty or other after-sales claims;

Recommendations and personalization, such as using your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with our services.

Advertising, such as sending and serving tailored marketing and advertising that we believe will be of interest to you based on how you use the Platform, your browsing records, and order history.

3. RETENTION
We will retain your personal information for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate need to do so.
